Sunday Matinee
Performed October 27, 2002, 2 p.m.

Hofmann Theatre
Dean Lesher Regional Center for the Arts
Walnut Creek, California.

The Contra Costa Wind Symphony took an exhilarating musical flight to Hollywood for a Sunday Matinee of music from film.

Featuring music from some of the greatest movies ever produced, the Wind Symphony kicked off its twenty-first season with an adventurous exploration of great film score composers such as John Barry, Elmer Bernstein, James Horner, Alan Menken and, of course, John Williams.
